Your access to use the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not use the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, email address and other vital information as may be appropriate to a purchase from us or authorized partners.


Some parts of this Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance of recurring subscription cycles.


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, videos or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the propriety of all such content - any content deemed inappropriate may be removed and your account may be terminated as a result.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cowala CO, LLC. Cowala CO, LLC has not control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party (Website or service). You further acknowledge and agree that Cowala CO, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 (Fifteen) days notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

COWALA CO LLC (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-app virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to use when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as chat, posting messages in comment sections or in our forums, liking posts, sending feedback and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, online chat, or other interactive areas of the Application, be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Application.

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including liking, re-blogging or replying to a post, as well as other interactions with the Application and other user via server log files.

Financial Data
Financial Data such as data related to your payment method (E.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange or request information about our services from the Application. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by one or several of our approved payment processors, including Ficentive, Braintree Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, Chargify, Dwolla, Safecharge, WePay and 2Checkout, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Data From Social Networks
User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Google+, including your name, social network user name, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use the Application.
Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, SMS Messages, storage, calendar and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID Number, model, and manufacturer, version of your Operating System, phone number, country, location and any other data you choose to provide.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.
Data from Contests, Giveaways and Surveys
Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with smooth, efficient and customized experiences. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
  • Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoenas.
  • Administer sweepstakes, promotions and contests.
  • Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties.

We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services and promotions.

If you connect to the Application through a social network, your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo and descriptions of your activity.

Sale or Bankruptcy
If we recognize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. Additionally, we may use third party software to serve ads on the Application, implement email marketing campaigns and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to help manage and optimize your online experience with us. We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Adobe Analytics, Clicktale, Clicky, Cloudfare, Crazy Egg, Flurry Analytics, Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Inspectlet, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, Piwik to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Application through the use of first party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Application, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Application, you consent to the collection and use of you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. The Application may contain links to third-party websites and application of interest, including advertisements and external services that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third party websites, you should inform yourself of their privacy policies and practices (if any), and should take steps necessary, in your estimation, to protect your private information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.


We use administrative, technical and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to use, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and no method of transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.


Our products are intended for its primary audience, which is the adult parent over the age of 18 - a child may, however, use the product under his parent(s)' registration. There is no intention to market this application to a child, and any child who uses the application (apart from his or her parent) will find little utility in the application. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to anyone under the age of 13. If you become aware of any unique data we have collected from children under the age of 13 (apart from their associated, primary parent account, their date of birth and name), please contact us using the contact information provided below.
While the Application is intended for adult use, there are components that facilitate communication of parents or legal guardians with their children. We will not disburse or disclose any ancillary information about children under the age of 13 that might be collected for the sake of workflows and Application functionality.
The nature of this application involves some ancillary collection of data about your child under 13, but in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not resell or disclose this information to any third party. Deleting an account for a child under 13 will result in the removal of any remaining data, as far as possible, from our systems.
The type of data that is collected for children under the age of 13 is limited to name and age, along with their associated application data.


Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your preferences to not be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.


Account Information
You may, at any time, review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communication from third parties, you are responsible for contacting those parties directly.

If you are under the age of 18, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Application, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly posted in the Application. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will assure that the data is not publicly displayed in the Application, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
